I'm about to go to sleep, but I started thinking about what to wear tomorrow and then I got all absorbed in that.

Seriously, I was never a fashion person. I wore neat things but I was never CRAZY about fashion. I really didn't enjoy shopping either.

But after I ended this fucked up stupid love shit with this asshole a few months ago, I was so mega depressed. And then I wore something nice and that really made me feel much better. Since then I really enjoy shopping and try to invest in some awesome clothes, and dress to impress myself, not someone else. Yesterday I got this vivienne westwood-ish jacket from Camden town market for 10GBP!!!! How cheap is that. Also today I bought a hoodie from the Christopher Kane x TOPSHOP collection, which was pretty pricey and it literally raped my wallet. (haha thanks yenpippy) BUT I DON'T CARE because it makes me feel better and I have fun planning what to wear with it. I shall upload a photo of how I wore it tomorrow.

SO YEAH fashion saved my ass. This sounds so corny but it really did. && Lady Gaga is awesome. I read someone say in VOGUE or something that whats so awesome for Gaga is that she doesn't live for fashion, she could die for fashion. True.

Came across this brand when I was visiting this one random exhibition in Shibuya...my mom and I saw an ad for the shop which was upstairs, so we decided to have a look. WE TOTALLY LOVED IT. It's an italian brand, and their designs are very unique yet very convenient for casual wear. I ended up buying a necklace, which is this one:

The tiny gold things ae flies! They're thought to be "lucky" in Italy. Don't know if its true, but oh well. lol

Found out about this brand when I found this adorable kitty necklace which I ended up taking home:

CUTE RIGHT!?? Found her at a select shop in Roppongi, Japan. Since it's a french brand, I gave her a french name...Marion♥ The designer creates a lot of lovable animal necklaces dresed in their own clothes...OMG I LOVE THEM ;A; It's like getting a pet that you get to take around with you all the time!

When I visited my university's Jewellery MA exhibition, I saw her pieces and just fell in love. I found her and totally freaked her out because I was all "OMFGGG I LOVE YOUR PIECES IM DOING JEWELLERY TOO I SO WANNA BUY FROM YOU" haha. Yesterday she had an exhibition opening party and I attended that too. Her pieces maintain this delicate balance between cuteness and darkness... I've never seen jewellery like hers, and I hope she succeeds because she totally deserves it!! Do visit her site and enjoy her awesome jewellery!

I saw G.I Joe with my mom today. I really liked it for the CG and the action. I was so tired when the movie was over because there isn't any point in the movie where you can sit back and relax. It's always "GO CATCH THEM BEFORE THEY BLOW UP THE WORLD".
But overall, it was enjoyable. I really like Sienna Miller in that movie for some reason :D

I was looking at my old photobucket account and I came across some photos for a project I did last year in college. I don't think I ever shared it here...so here it goes. All jewellery pieces were made by me, and photo credit goes to my friend photographer Yang Shen♥

This jewellery was inspired by the children game cat's cradle.

This wooden ring was inspired by japanese juggling balls.

These are pair rings, inspired by origami cranes!

This ring was inspired by origami too. This design was specifically inspired from origami carps.

Brings back so much memories of making them, taking photos in the freezing weather, being nervous about the assessment... I was super busy back then, but I kinda miss it!

I just realized that I created this journal three years ago, on this date! Wow....it's already been three years. I can't believe I've had this account for such a long time.

I've been away from LJ for a bit because of uni, and its making me so sad because I don't talk much with you guys. I used to be on LJ 24/7, but now I rarely update.

Being active on LJ will definitely be one of the things I'll do this year!

This is my new bag, Marc! He was a present from my mom while I was in Japan.

The reason for the present was because my 2 year old nephew threw up on my bag~~and it actually, miraculously, went inside too~~. Unfortunately it was a Louis Vuitton bag, but fortunately the outside was made out of vinyl. But still it stank a bit after great amount of washing from my mom.

But I'm so happy to have Marc!! I've been wanting a purple bag since...forever, and never encountered the perfect bag. BUT MARC IS PERFECT. The inside print is green with black stripes...DOESN'T THAT SCREAM INDIVIDUALITY?? LOL.

Tokyo was hot, Sendai was so so hot. FUCK I LOVE JAPAN!!

One reason why I love living in Japan: MATSUYAMA KENICHI IS EVERYWHERE.

I love this man to bits!! I can't believe I won't be able to watch his new movie "Detroit Metal City" on the big screen. So to make up for this sadness I bought magazines with him on the cover and books for the new movie.

Now I'm busy reading Fullmetal Alchemist, Detroit Metal City, Saint Young Men, and xxxHolic.

I was checking up on Nakashima Mika's site, and I found out about her new project MICA3CHU!

&& I really like the punk rock look on her, so I'm hyped about their song! It is released in mid July.

SPAIN & BOREDOM

I bring some pictures from Spain & what I've been up to these days. :D

The first day was really gloomy, so we didn't go into the beach.

My friend and I making a sand-face. We were so bored at the beach.

We didn't want to swim because it was fucking freezing.

Then we had sandball fights. I kick ass in sandball fights. I AM INDEFEASIBLE!!

Then we went to Port Adventura, an awesome theme park. This is the Dragon Khan in the China area which made me almost barf.

Overall, it was an awesome trip!! Sucks that I had my period though, and I actually had to debut as a tampon user. I was freaking out, I tell you. I had to inform all my friends about how it felt, how I was worried, etc. I went with three other girls and NO ONE had ever used tampons, so I had to call my mom on the phone for advice. LOL. She was like "RELAX WHEN YOU'RE TAKING IT OUT!!" It was quite funny. But now I've mastered tampons!! Its really useful, I recommend it to everyone. XD

Nowdays I've been downloading manga from this awesome LJ site and is entertaining myself out of boredom. I just read "Beniiro Hero" which is absolutely AMAZING, can't wait to read the next volume. I also just finished reading "Venus Capriccio" up until volume three, and I can't wait for the fourth volume to come out. &&Katekyo Hitman Reborn! IS WTF SO SERIOUS NOW where did all the jokes and comedy go?? But I still love it, even though its all confusing and shit with the rings and the 10 year in the future thing. I'm so buying that manga!!

&& PLEASE RECOMMEND ME A GOOD MANGA.
I don't want to waste time downloading and reading it until the point I realize its boring. :p ~~LAZY~~ && I trust my f-list's taste in animanga! 8D Shoujo or shounen is preferred, for I read tons of Yaoi for translation. XD

Spain was awesome!!
I got to go to the beach and this awesome amusement park called Port Adventura. I had the best time there. Pictures on facebook, but I'll post some here later!

The killing @ Akihabara today is pretty shocking. D: I can't believe 7 people died because of one crazy man. Japan is fucking scary now days.....

Yo guys. How are exams? I have five free days to study for my ITGS and Physics exam. D:
